Back on board, you’ll be treated to a delicious lunch of fresh Tasmanian produce before arriving at Tasmania’s World Heritage-listed Sarah Island. Here you’ll get a chilling insight into the cruelties of convict life as you explore the ruins of what was once a convict settlement. Cruise past Hells Gates then return to Strahan. Later, enjoy a live performance of 'The Ship That Never Was' which is based on a true story about the great convict escape from Sarah Island.

After visiting Bridestowe Lavender Estate, traverse Weldborough Pass and admire the views of forested hills and farmland en route to Freycinet National Park on Tasmania's stunning east coast. This evening is yours to enjoy at leisure. Dinner will be served at your lodge.

Experience a full distillery tour and whisky tasting at Waubs Harbour. Located on the rocky shores of Bicheno, on Tasmania's east coast, the distillery was formerly an oyster hatchery.
