    To change or cancel your booking, please reach out to the branch where you made the reservation or your nearest Cruise Travel Centre store. You can also find your Cruise Specialists contact information and branch details in your travel documents.

    If you need assistance outside of normal trading hours and are currently travelling or are about to travel within the next 72 hours, please contact our Emergency Assist Team.

    Please be aware that change and cancellation fees may apply.

     

    Online bookings

    To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact our Call Centre team. Changes and cancellations cannot be made through our website at this time.
