- While wildlife in Alaska is frequently seen year-round, May and early June and September departures offer greater opportunities for wildlife viewing. Departures after mid-August offer fall foliage. Northern Lights (aurora borealis) are most visible late August and September, weather permitting.
- The 60512 departure will include the Denali Natural History Tour instead of the Tundra Wilderness Tour due to the National Park operational schedule.
- At least one member of the traveling party must be 21 years of age or older.
