This speciality store was a first of its kind specifically designed for a high profile shopping centre supported by a web and call centre facility. The first Cruise Travel Centre opened at Westfield Kotara in 2007, with a sister centre opening in Collins Street, Hobart in 2011. Following the growth in population in the Maitland NSW are a third Cruise Travel Centre opened at Stockland Green Hills in 2017.
The teams at Cruise Travel Centre include “CLIA Master Cruise Consultants”. Achieving the status of “Cruise Master” requires dedication to an extensive training program both here and overseas through the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) which includes in depth knowledge of all member cruise lines, the destinations they visit, what they off er as a unique experience as well travelling extensively onboard ships to provide firsthand knowledge, tips and tricks.
