Arrive and meet your host at the airport who will assist you with your onward journey to the camp.

Set sail on a shared covered and heated boat to Kiattua, travelling deep into the world's second-largest fjord system, surrounded by some of the oldest mountains on Earth. Relax and unwind with your first dinner at the camp, prepared using local ingredients.

Enjoy breakfast in the camp before joining a guided activity. You can choose two activities per day. The guide will meet with you after dinner on the day of arrival to discuss your preferences. Activities include fishing, kayaking, swimming in the Arctic Ocean, paddleboarding among the icebergs, spearfishing, trekking in spectacular surroundings, or meeting the locals in the Inuit village of Kapisillit. All activities are individually adjusted to meet interest and fitness levels.

Here’s what a typical day could include: Begin with a scenic hike across the rugged terrains of Kiattua, where you may encounter reindeer quietly grazing on the open plains. Pausing for a tapas lunch on a cliff overlooking the fjord, the adventure continues by kayak as you glide through ice-filled waters. In this combination of land and sea, nature unveils a profound serenity, allowing you to explore Greenland at a quiet, personal pace.

Suited in a drysuit, take the plunge into Kiattua’s icy waters, feeling the contrast of cold sea and warm protective gear. Surrounded by icebergs, you’ll experience the Arctic elements firsthand. For those who prefer, the serene beach offers a gentler, shore-based encounter with the crystal-clear waters—a moment of raw beauty and reflection on Greenland’s untouched landscape.

After getting back to shore, the chef will have a nice lunch ready for you.

This afternoon, visit the quiet village of Kapisillit, nestled within Greenland’s remote fjord landscape and home to just 35 residents. This unique settlement, the only permanent community in the Nuuk fjord system, is where modern life meets ancient Arctic traditions. Here, you’ll learn about daily life in one of Greenland’s smallest communities, shaped by deep-rooted Inuit customs and a resourcefulness passed down through generations.

After breakfast, you will leave the camp by boat at 10:00 and cruise back to Nuuk on the lookout for whales.
