Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

A message to all our customers & guests

As many of our customers & guests deal with the growing challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we continue to be focussed on supporting you with your travel needs in any way that we can.

We’re open for business & have continued to be so through this devastating pandemic and will be here for you today, tomorrow & always.

Our stores have now re-opened a to provide you with full support for your travel needs (with the exception of our Hobart store which remains temporarily closed whilst we work through resuming face-to-face service throughout June).

Rest assured though that our team members who are affected by any temporary branch closure are also being redeployed (where possible) to support you to other branches and locations, including working from home. So if you can’t visit us in-store you can always contact us via phone and email at a minimum from 10.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday (most stores should be back to increased and normal full operating hours by 1st July 2020).

HOW WE’RE RESPONDING TO COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our people and our customers is our highest priority. We’ve taken preventative measures including employee travel restrictions, adherence to social distancing requirements and increased hygiene protocols such as the provision of in-store sanitiser stations in all branches to ensure that we remain available to help you with your travel needs.

Please don’t visit us in person if:

  • you’ve traveled overseas within the past 14 days
  • you’ve been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19
  • you’re experiencing fever, breathing difficulties, fatigue, a cough or sore throat.

We’re monitoring developments every day, increasing our resources and adapting our processes in response to this crisis as and when necessary.

We thank you for your support during this difficult time. As always, your health and safety will always be our highest priority.

The government Coronavirus Health Information Line (1800 020 080) is operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for medical information on COVID-19.

The Federal Government has also launched a new app which allows users to navigate the latest advice and information about COVID-19 in real-time. Coronavirus Australia, which is available from the Apple App Store and on Google Play, was launched alongside a new Government WhatsApp feature.
